look stbs used to display signal quality n strength under different standards and can vary. Just get 50% or more for a good reception.

Get a good cable and if u can get dual out lnbf.

With Dual lnbf u can watch H channels and V channels simultaneously on both stbs.

hi friend
i have solve this type problem using new cable .i guess u change the cable with good one so ur prob will be solved

Dear Friend

I saw the above question and the answer - pls advise, changing cable solve the problem, because I am also facing this problem, if I am watching any channel of "vertical" in one Receiver I will get only programmes of the "vertical" direction only in the second receiver, I am using an Universal LNB which is having both 2 poles inside - receiver 1 Eurostar and Technosat.

Pls advise me a solution for this if available.

Nice discussion, yes good cable and other quality products play best role in getting better signal.
A CANDLE LOOSES NOTHING WHILE LIGHTENING ANOTHER CANDLE !!

you need a Multiswitch which will be very Expensive
and another solution is Buy a Twin LNB and give each Cable to Each Receiver

you cannot Split the Signal of Universal LNB because this LNB give 4 different Signal
Vertical-Low
Vertical-High
Horizontal-Low
Horizontal-High

So when your receiver using signal of Vertical-Low then other Signals are deactivated that's why it will give output only Vertical-low
if you put your receiver on Standby, then the output will be full V-L, V-H, H-L, and H-H
then your other receiver will show all channel on any Polarity V or H

i thought you are using a KU-Band lnb because you mention Universal LNB so i got confused

use a Single Solution LNB your problem will be solved because Single Solution LNB will give both polarity for Multiple Receivers
