My name is Bitoo Chakrabarty, my registered mobile no. with Big tv is 8017589061,
I have buy Big TV in ranchi, I got transferred to kolkata, so I need to re-install my DTH over here, I have made a complaint for that to customer care on 16.04.2011 at 12.40 pm, but today is 20.04.2011, 11.20am, instead of the work to be done, unfortunately there is no call from engineers, its all 4 days now, and my problem is unsolved.
It is very bad to say that the brand like reliance is unable to solve the customers problems, if u cannot, then don't commit for good service, I thought I make a wrong decision of buying reliance DTH instead of others. I am a old customer of reliance as I used RIM mobile since last 6 years. but it is sad to say that your service is very bad in compare to others.
