Dear sandd,Read the thread you will get answers, Actually there are
two frequencies H for (HORIZONTAL) & V for (VERTICAL) polarizations
Suppose you are getting V polarity frequency & without effecting the
dish angle if you rotate the LNB 90* then it will become H polarity &
you will start receiving horizontal frequencies.So if you want both the
polarities means H & V then there is trick applied from the very begining
that is Rotate the LNB in between H & V polarities,You will get all channels
with H & V frequencies.I do mention here that while doing so the signal quality
decreases.If you want full signal then you have to stick with one polarity ether
H or V. Specially DD+ has all V freq. which are totally fta & Dishtv have H freq.
mostally paid accept 2.3 channels. I think you might be satisfied.

You have to delete the transponder not the channel.after u can scan the stb.

i seek expert help regarding a problem with my ddd+ . having seen that few new channels are coming in place of some old ones i decided to delete all the channels and auto scan, but after scaning though all the new channels came (except KATYAYANI), i was surprised to see that few prominent channels have not appeared in the search e.g. STAR UTSAV, ZEE SMILE, DD URDU, B4U MUSIC, GYANDARSHAN 1 & 2. Please advice what to do?
