No man, this is not 'darshana tv' it is 'Darshan tv'. Darshan tv and Darshana tv are different
Darshana tv is a malayalam channel, it is not yet started test run.
Your attachment shows darshan tv, it is an english channel

DARSHAN TV does not obtain permision to lauch in 2011,plz check the list AS ATTACHMENT
but DARSHANA TV had already obtained permission
so test signal maybe of darshana tv(in hindi it is spelled as darshan)
