ALL ABOUT CARRIER WAVES--(How They work) Explained.
CARRIER WAVES:-
Actually IF signal is a combination off all these carrier ,Frequencies, Audio, vedio , Burst, and sync signal, and we call it composite signal that Reaches on the input of IF Tuner, Where the composite signal is beeing rectified and send to various stages. THE ROLE OF CARRIER WAVES:- As you know the signal or frequencies are very weak,To carry them from Transmitter to users end,Their comes the role of carrier waves. They are powerful enough to carry them from one end to other,They play a mazor role to get the signal to us. After the signal enter through IF input of the Tuner,These carrier waves are beeing grounded,If the carrier were frequencies than they could not have been grounded Because their role has been ended then we grounded them and you know very well some thing grounded then nothing left, Means no signal and no frequencies. Now this is the theory behind the carrier waves. Now we have filtered the composite signal and we get Audio for Audio stage ,Vedio for vedio stage and Burst signal for Croma stage. These are the FREQUENCIES I think it would be better to understand now,This is my personal Experience as it was my field from a long time and I left this field from 5 to 6 year back. One thing more may it be (frequncies, Waves, Modulations) These all are in the shape of Electric current or Electric pulse. I STILL CALLED THE ELECTRONICS IS THE MOTHER OF ALL SCIENCES. The frequency for a given radio or television station is actually the carrier wave's
center.Contents Guests cannot see images in the messages. Please register to forum by clicking here to see images.Guests cannot see images in the messages. In telecommunications, a carrier wave, or carrier is a waveform (usually sinusoidal) that is modulated (modified) with an input signal for the purpose of conveying information. This carrier wave is usually of much higher signal than the input signal. The purpose of the carrier is usually either to transmit the information through space as an electromagnetic wave (as in radio communication), or to allow several carriers to share a common physical transmission medium by frequency division multiplexing (as is used in, for example, a cable television system In telecommunication, the term carrier (cxr) or carrier wave has the following meanings. A waveform suitable for modulation by an information-bearing signal. An unmodulated emission. Note: The carrier is usually a sinusoidal wave or a uniform or predictable series of pulses. Synonym: carrier wave. Guests cannot see images in the messages. Please register to forum by clicking here to see images. Guests cannot see images in the messages. Sometimes employed as a synonym for a carrier system, or a synonym for a telecommunications provider company (operator), such as a common carrier. we do modulation in high freq. b'coz in low freq. we need large ant. and there noise in low freq. called interference......

Welcome Ritesh,
You are right dear Ritesh,But the composite signal is Modulated frequency means RF out and when we depart Audio & Video from composite signal,Then it is called as DEMODULATED signal or frequency in the shape of:- 1.MODULATED = RF-OUT/IN 2.DE MODULATED = Audio & Video out YOUR ATTITUDE IS YOUR BEST FRIEND !! |

RE: ALL ABOUT CARRIER WAVES--(How They work) Explained.
In analog modulation is of continuous signal e.g.: PAM (pulse amplitude modulation), PWM (p. Width Mod.), PPM ( pulse Position mod.)....
But in Digital modulation is of 0,1's as know most of all satellite, telephone, etc working in digital because of there advantages digital modulation is is used..... e.g.: FSK ( freq. shifting keying) in this which when 0 comes freq. of carrier decreases...... , ASK (amplitude shifting keying) , PSK ( phase shifting keying) by modifying this key, all others key are formed like 8Qsk,etc... Keying mean on/off Send the mail again..!! website updated Guests cannot see links in the messages. Please register to forum by clicking here to see links. Guests cannot see links in the messages.
