MUMBAI: Producer Karan Arora ismaking a Bollywood 3D film-The Goddess in which pop starShakira will play Goddess Kali.The two-hour film, being madeunder the banner of High GroundEntertainment Ltd. will be shot inLondon, failing which it will beshot in a city in Eastern Europe.   Confirming the news Arora said, "Shakira has agreed in principle todo the film. But she is yet to signon the dotted line as the moneypart is being worked out."Adds Arora, "We wantedsomeone dusky and Shakira isdusky. Besides, we wanted aninternational star."
