IS-17 (Centre) & INSAT 2E (Side) – 180 CM dish- Qatar
Yesterday I aligned my dish to IS-17 and I got all vertical TPs very good Signal.. But No signal for the Horizontal TPS !!!
I rotated my LNB all 360⁰ and checked BUT NO SIGNAL!!! Guests cannot see images in the messages. Please register to forum by clicking here to see images. Then I installed a side LNB for Insat 2E, getting all channels.. But I lost Mazhavil manorama !!! Guests cannot see images in the messages. Please register to forum by clicking here to see images.( a fine tuning will give Mazhavil also) So the only solution is a bigger (240 cm) dish to watch FTA Malayalam channels in Qatar. My friend u r not getting any H postion malayalam channels. ur lnb 13k or not. please try with teflon inside the feedhorn.

yes saroop, a small plastic piece . Lnb 13k is better to catch weaker signal.
where is ur location in india or middleast. |

Teflon piece is used only to catch Circular Polarity signals, not for normal Linear V or H Polarity channels.

so wat is the solution to catch both H & V Polarity channels in 6th feet dish ??? which is best lnb to catch all signals in mideast ????
