Don’t forget to tune into the grand finale of Zee Café’s reality game show, Café Mic Testing this Saturday, 1st August at 8 PM.

On American Independence Day, 4th July, Zee Café introduced the show as a hunt for that special voice that’ll go on to become the “voice of the channel”. Hosted by model and VJ Sarah Jane Dias, the show features a young, vibrant bunch being tested for vocal creativity through a battery of fun-filled tasks such as lending your voice to radio jingles and TV commercials, imitating foreign accents, creating sound effects with your voice, running on the tread-mill while singing a song and stuffing your face with doughnuts while trying tongue-twisters. The show had the participants performing various team tasks that tested the versatility of their voices. Café Mic Testing followed an elimination pattern typical of a reality series and is now just an episode away from unveiling the winner who’ll walk away with a jackpot of up to Rs. 1 lac and be signed on by the channel as the “official” voice-over artiste for Zee Café, lending his or her voice across all channel promos.
