Mumbai, December 9th 2009: The search for the Perfect Bride is finally comes to an end. The Grand Finale on Star Plus this Saturday 12th Dec. at 9 p.m. will reveal the winners of the race to the mandap between the two finalist couples – Rumpa & Hitesh OR Priyanka & Rajbeer.
As the moment of truth looms, the families have started the preparations for the age-old Indian rituals and ceremonies like Mehndi and Shagun without which no Indian marriage is complete. To add to the wedding celebrations, the not so perfect bride Rakhi Sawant visits the finalists. After the much touted marriage of her own, we wonder what Rakhi has to offer to our couples. Will Rakhi’s earlier experience prove valuable to the contestants or will it turn out to be a hindrance in the making of the Perfect Bride? As always it’s difficult to predict what comes next with Rakhi, one thing which she will never fail to deliver is a stunning dance performance with all her trademark matkas and jhatkas.
Watch out for host of special guests at television’s first ever wedding. This finale will be embellished with performances from a string of celebrities.
