Conceptualized and produced by Gajendra Singh of Sai Baba Telefilms, Music Ka Mahamuqabla is a path-breaking show comprising of the best singing talent who are ready to outwit each other and win the viewer’s heart with their unmatched performances.

Unfolding through a journey spanning 13 weeks, Music ka Mahamuqabla, will showcase intense rivalry between teams captained by India’s most popular singers namely, Himesh Reshammiya, Mika Singh, Mohit Chauhan, Shaan and Shankar Mahadevan Completing the team, will be three singers from popular singing talent hunts who have unanimously won hearts of many Indians.
Joining each of the power-packed teams will be an ordinary person with extraordinary singing talent chosen from across the country through auditions. Teams comprising of captains followed by four powerful singers will vie for the most coveted title of MUSIC KA MAHAMUQABLA.
Commenting on the launch, Mr. Sanjay Gupta, Chief Operating Officer, STAR India Pvt. Ltd, said, “Just when everyone thought that there is no way one can reinvent a music realty show, STAR Plus has done precisely that. For the first time, we will see the top names in the industry perform and compete. This is quite simply a coming together of the A-list, a contest between the best of the best. “

Each week promises to be a fun filled fiesta as both the teams put their vocal chords to test and outperform each other on the stage. Each week, two teams will fiercely compete against each other while the remaining captains will judge the performing teams. To add to this, scores will be given by the live audience through the scoring pads.

it is very innovative , fresh,mind soothing , harmonious, melodious,pure Indian ,entertaining pro gramme for every age group. ordinarily it is very difficult to spare the time, except the news channel but I eagerly wait for this pro gramme.please accept my hearty congratulations to producer and director of the pro gramme.it will enhance the T R P tremendously if you can include a team of sunidhi chouhan.

thanks for this side.this show definetly one of the great show because we always desperetly watching this show.even yesterday show (21 sunday)controvery we know that shaan has a great decision maker and good singer because other judes gave wast fair decision.i also want to won shaan, debujeet and herseet but i am from nepal so i cant vote for these guys.plz you will make new voting system for all over the world.thanks,good day.
