SS Music’s Independence Day Special

Chennai, 13th Aug 2009: SS Music, the only multi-lingual music channel has come out with a three day special programmes for Independence Day. Independence Day specials at SS Music start on 14th August and conclude on 16th August 2009.

‘Autograph’, a show which features interviews of celebrities will feature Kollywood stars Abbas and Arun Vijay and participant of American Idol, Sean Michel. Apart from the interviews there will be telecast of different versions of ‘Vande Mataram’ sung by various playback singers from Bharat Bala stable. Various interesting ‘fillers’ from Bharat Bala production consisting of world leaders talking about world peace and ‘Mahatma Gandhi’ will also be aired as part of Independence day specials.

Speaking about the channel’s initiative Mr. Charles, Managing Director, Southern Spice Music said “It is yet another initiative from the channel to give its viewers a variety of programming mix this Independence Day”
