New Delhi, November 14, 2010: NDTV Good Times in association with Veneta Cucine announces the launch of its Prime time show ‘Pressure Cooker’ in a grand launch party yesterday night. The launch party was followed by an Opera performance and an interactive cooking session with master chef Ritu Dalmia.

The Show, Pressure Cooker is a cooking challenge between cooking enthusiasts to ultimately prove who’s really got it in them. The idea of the show is to bring out that cooking is a super fun if there is right setup for it. Ritu Dalmia, the famous chef and NDTV Good Times anchor, said, “I am only excited to get my hands dirty in a fancy kitchen like this”. She added, “The fun factor is, for a change, I won’t be the person handling the pressure”
The setup of the show will be that of an opulent Veneta Cucine kitchen. In every episode the two mentors Ritu Dalmia and Vicky Ratnani would be given the cuisine in focus for that particular episode before the real cook off begins.
