Mama injures a dog thinking its Biji creating a nuisance by barking. The dog ministry people get him arrested and when Biji goes to get him out the inspector demands money. Then they decide to go the dog minster for his help he too demands money. Finally they all act like dogs to make him understand that injuring a dog is bad but harassing a human for no reason is also not appropriate especially when it’s all done in the name of charity but in reality it’s all a money game.
