Dev D revolves around the life of Dev who is a son of a rich industrialist. Dev was sent away to London when he was 12, he returns to his hometown and to his childhood sweetheart, Paro after completing his education. Inseparable as they seem a momentary rush of blood puts their lives in a tizzy; Paro is married off to someone else and Dev goes into severe depression. Starring Abhay Deol & Mahi Gill, Dev D reinvents the musical love story.
