I have a general notion that uttar uday has been hampered because of a general problem of bad law and order situtation specially in uttar pradesh and bihar . now after taking over by Sh. Nitish Kumar in Bihar , I do not know how the law and order situation has improved so much that no incident of abduction etc is heard . these thing strongly help in growth of a state . so , chief ministers ,if have a perfect law of situation , states grow multifold

i saw ur ad about giving ideas for development.. i want to publish an idea not only for a single state but if u like it u can use it for the whole country..
i want u to suggest government to make a disciplinary board which will rate the MP’s and M.L.A’s of the country according to their behaviour in the parliament and state assemblies and any person crossing a certain grade points will not be given ticket in the next election

I have one idea in my mind for the distribution of LPG and pricing in country to deal with the black marketing of LPG and to avoid a loss to the country in the form of subsidy, as black marketing persons sell one LPG gas cylinder in Rs 500 -700/- every where in country.In this manner compnies are losing Rs 200 – 400/- on every cylinder. If I can summit this idea pls let me know the further procedure.
