Big tv’s packegs are very costly and so unfair plz reduse prise to add more custmar. kya koi hamare sujha padata bhi hai.aur un par amal bhi karata hai.

I primarily watch sports – have subscribed to ESPN,STAR SPORTS,TEN SPORTS,STAR CRICKET,NEO SPORTS & NEO CRICKET. Now you guys show the Ind-SAF match on Ten Cricket. Methinks this is unfair, you guys are forcing subcribers to buy new channels. So I will go ahead & buy Ten Cricket only to know that the World Cup will be on some new channel not in my list. Thanks very much BIG-TV. Think you guys need to show BIG-heart.
bigtv is good but channel package cost very high compare than other tv (dishtv) sports channel free and more channel

Big TV is having costly packages, heavy, odd shaped remote control (can’t operate easily without using both hands)operating manual is useless, customer service very poor. of course picture quality is really good. A Black spot on great name “RELIANCE” is “BIG TV”

Bigtv picture quality is good but monthly pack is too high and there should be flexible of using channels. The customer should pay according to their choice channel and according to the prefixed pack rate.

bigtv customer care and local service providers are very care less and never attend complaint without 8-10 calls per day from our side and never give proper response from customer care… so guys be careful
The response of customer care is very poor ,rude and confusing.Package price range is too high.
During purchase the Relince big tv u can’t know about hidden cost.They will show u they are the cheapest than other.
I think if u purchase it will be daymare for you.
I suggest other people to avoid RELINCE BIG TV.
BIG TV NEEDS BIG UMBRELLA
Make BigTv rain proof Bcoz bigtv is not too strong to work in rain.Or make an offer of BIG UMBRELLA with each connection of big tv.then it is possible that big tv customers can get igital signal in rain also.
I am having a connection of big tv since last year. No doubt the picture clarity is fantastic but the response of customare care is too poor
Really bigtv is giving an outstanding performance but the cost is slightly more than other dth service
BigTV’s monthly rate are very high. comperison DishTV. So I sugest you please down your monthly subscription charge.
