After Carol & her partner exit from the show, the remaining 7 couples accept the fact that this seasons stunts are not only testing their physical but mental strength as well. The first stunt of the day is a time based stunt where in the girls along with their partners had to criss -cross on ropes which was tied parallel to each other at the bottom of an airborne chopper. All pairs had to collect as many flags as possible within the given time frame to win the safety belt for the second stunt of the day.
