Vasuli kidnaps Jeeya and gives Bharti 3 hours notice to get the money. Payal is at radio station anchoring on Dusshera. All ladies are shocked thinking of the consequences when Karan reaches Men’s Universe and finds no Chaddha. Bharti tries to arrange money. Armaan decides to go to cops but Bharti stops him. Bharti makes an arrangement of money. Vasuli calls Bharti and tells her to take Churchgate bound Ladies Special. Payal describes about Jeeya on radio. When they get down at station they see Jeeya. All ladies pray to god that Karan does not reach Men’s Universe office. Meanwhile, Karan reaches there and at the same time Bharti’s car reach there. Karan enquires at office about Mr. Chaddha. All ladies are in tension.
