Nanda tells Geeti about going to police and informing about how Jassi died. Geeti gets very nervous, but Nanda calms her down. Shiwam who was initially skeptical decides to support Nanda. They reveal the entire detail of Jassi’s murder; they convince the police that they would themselves bring Geeti to police station after Ganesh Visarjan. Shubha and Vinni wait for Trisha at the breakfast table, but she refuses to come out. Bubbly and Shubha meet in the train and wonder if Nanda has brought in Ganpati. They visit Nanda’s house to give her support, and are shocked to see police walking out of their house. Trisha, alone in the house goes through the old pictures of Joshi family; just then Vasu spots her and get into an argument. Trisha traps herself in a room, but finally opens the door and announces that she will not leave this house till she gets her rights. Nanda and Shiwam bump into Randhawa outside the police station. Randhawa bad mouths Geeti and accuses her of Jassi’s murder.
