Mumbai, August 2009: PIX-the premium English movie channel from Multi Screen Media Ltd. formerly known as Sony Entertainment Network has slated ‘August Rush’ the incredible journey of a music prodigy as PIX Movie of the Month. Directed by Kirsten Sheridan, the movie based on the screen play written by Nick Castle and James V. Hart is set to telecast on Saturday, August 29 2009, 9pm.

Set in a surreal and dreamy ambience, the movie is a mix of both visual and musical treat with powerful performances from the award winning star cast of Keri Russell, Jonathan Rhys-Myers, Robin Williams and Freddie Highmore amongst others.
