India’s biggest musical talent hunt show Amul Voice of India, which catapulted many young talented singers to fame and success in the music industry is back with a new set of challenges for singers and their mothers.
The fourth season is presented by STAR Plus in a new avatar as Amul Voice of India – Mummy Ke Superstars. The show will be on air every Saturday & Sunday at 9pm only on STAR Plus. Speaking on the launch of the show, STAR Plus’ Senior Creative Director, Anupama Mandloi said, “Amul Voice of India is a property that has created a number of singing superstars and has been a hugely popular show on STAR Plus. After three seasons of AVOI in a straightforward format, we decided to bring it back in an innovative fashion that creates a deeper connect with our viewers and their families. The key aspect of any family is a bond that is shared by a child and the mother and it is mostly mothers who inspire their children to expand their faculties and excel in whatever they do. AVOI – Mummy Ke Superstars is exactly created on this emotion and we are confident that all our viewers will find it extremely engaging and entertaining.”
12 talented kids from the age group of 10-16 years have been short listed and all of them have one common dream – to become the Voice of India. They battle it out under the watchful eye of experts, and the loving care of their mothers, as they live their dream of making a debut into the world of entertainment. Mothers will groom, support and manage them, be involved in every stage of the performance – song selection, rehearsals, choreography, costumes; and will take onus for every performance of her ward through the show.
Adding to the entertainment quotient, there will be some thrilling, dare-devil stunts that the mother will need to perform, to prove the extent of her love and determination to make her child the Amul Voice of India.
The Amul Voice of India team has scouted the mother-child pairs from across many cities in India. They are Aditya Vijay Bhandari (Varanasi), P.
