A newly married couple bumps into the dead body of Mallika, elder daughter of the Mayor, Padamjeet Bali of Kasauni. Post-mortem report reveals that Mallika had died of drug overdose. Anjalie, Padamjeet’s younger daughter refuses to accept the report and pressurizes for a fresh inquiry. A few people in Kasauni don’t want to be affected by Mallika’s death .One is Indrajeet’s wife, Kavita, who wishes to have her continuous dose of extra-maritial fun. The other is a high-profile builder from Delhi, Taneja who doesn’t want to compromise on the pace of mega-development project in Kasauni. All the elite collect at the condolence meet of Mallika’s death. But Maya’s arrival makes everyone uncomfortable except Anjalie. Her sister Mallika often spoke of Maya, a tarot-reader, on phone. Maya leaves after assuring Anjalie that she can come to her if she has needs any kind of help. Anjalie visits the site where her sister was found dead to investigate the mysterious death of her sister, Mallika.
